Tenant at University Heights for two years while attending UofA. The location of this building cannot be beat for students and those working at the hospital. I have had amazing service in my time here, repairs have been completed promptly, the staff has always been friendly and helpful and the safety of tenants was always a priority. The move in and move out processes have been smooth; I had a long way to travel and Brian went out of his way to ensure I was able to move in a time convenient for me. I would recommend this building as my experience with the Westrich team has been great.

Nice new building

Dec 2022 will make it one (1) year that I have been renting my unit with Westrich. I moved from another Province & the entire process with Kelcey was A-MAZING!!!! Streamlined, professional and also very clear without the worry of being manipulated in a contract that had underlying concerns for a tenant. The unit was clean, the building is maintained and always clean as well (with friendly cleaners throughout the day), the amendments are accessible and working, the area is centralized and worth being in for convenience of grocery shopping and downtown lifestyle living. Kelcey made our move worth it and now she’s assisting to make a friend’s move worth it as well!!! I would and have been and will continue to recommend Westrich because of Kelcey and also because of Winnie!!! Winnie has taken over from Kelcey and is assisting with my friends move & we are all happy!
