Westrich Pacific Corp. ("Westrich," "we," "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through westrichpacific.com and related services.
2 · Information we collect
We collect personal information you provide through forms on this site (name, email, phone, message content) and through service requests submitted via RentCafe. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, approximate location, device type); Google truncates IP addresses and advertising features are off. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs.
3 · How we use information
- To respond to inquiries about sales, leasing, partnerships, or careers.
- To process service requests and tenant communications.
- To send commercial electronic messages about projects and availability, where you have given consent.
- To improve our website and services.
4 · Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that operate on our behalf (form delivery, email, and the RentCafe resident portal), with brokers acting for us, and where the law requires it.
5 · Marketing email and your consent
We send commercial electronic messages only to people who have asked for them, for example by pre-registering for a project or ticking the consent box on a form. We do not add you to a mailing list because you made an enquiry about something else.
Every message we send identifies Westrich Pacific Corp., gives our mailing address, and contains a working unsubscribe link that we action within ten business days, as Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires. You can also withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
6 · Where your information is processed
Our website hosting, form delivery, and resident portal providers operate outside Canada, primarily in the United States. Personal information you submit through this site is therefore stored and processed outside Canada, and may be accessible to foreign courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities under the laws of those countries. By submitting a form you consent to that transfer.
7 · How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period afterwards that law or a legitimate business record requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a tenancy, purchase, or engagement are deleted once they are no longer active.

You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent. Contact [email protected].
9 · Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own to distinguish returning browsers, and you can block it without affecting the site. See our cookie policy for what is set, what our host records, and what happens on third-party services.
