Belgravia Heights is our six-storey, 116-suite rental community at 11430 76 Avenue NW in southwest Edmonton, now leasing with move-ins beginning October 2026. Suites run from studios through three-bedroom layouts, and every one comes with in-suite laundry, central air, and modern finishes.

We chose Belgravia for a reason. Residents can walk to the University of Alberta, the U of A Hospital, and the North Saskatchewan River Valley trail network, while the McKernan/Belgravia LRT station puts Old Strathcona, Whyte Avenue, and downtown a short ride away. Faculty, medical staff, students, professionals: this location works hard for all of them.

Inside, there is a fitness centre, a rooftop terrace, secure bike storage, optional heated underground parking, and a pet-friendly policy. Belgravia Heights joins West Garneau and University Heights in our University-area family of buildings, where our residents tend to arrive for the location and stay for the building. Belgravia

Belgravia and McKernan are two adjacent mature Edmonton neighbourhoods immediately south of the University of Alberta's North Campus, meeting at 76 Avenue and the Capital Line.

Belgravia Heights sits on 76 Avenue between 114 and 115 Street, a block west of the McKernan/Belgravia LRT station. Belgravia runs south from here to Belgravia Road, bounded on two sides by the river valley and ravine system. It is almost entirely residential: the City's 2025 Business Census counted five businesses in the neighbourhood. Most of the housing was built between 1946 and 1960, and in 2021 the census recorded no occupied dwellings in buildings of five or more storeys.

McKernan/Belgravia LRT station, at 114 Street and 76 Avenue, is served by the Capital Line only. It opened April 26, 2009 and has bicycle parking but no Park & Ride.
A grade-separated pedestrian underpass at 76 Avenue and 114 Street connects Belgravia to McKernan and gives pedestrian access to the LRT platform and McKernan School.
Belgravia School, an Edmonton Public elementary at 11605 74 Avenue NW, draws from the area bounded by 76 Avenue, 114 Street, Saskatchewan Drive and Belgravia Road.
Keillor Point Viewing Area, 7433 Saskatchewan Drive NW, is a City river valley lookout roughly 900 metres from the LRT station, open 5am to 11pm daily.
Southgate Centre, two Capital Line stops south, has over 160 stores and services; the Old Strathcona Farmers' Market at 10310 83 Avenue NW is about 2.1 km east, a 25-minute walk.
