It sits right beside its sister building Park Ave on the edge of Wîhkwêntôwin (formerly Oliver), where shops, restaurants, transit, and entertainment are all a short walk out the door.

The suites are built for everyday comfort: open floor plans, in-suite laundry, central air, full kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, and private balconies. Wîhkwêntôwin

Both buildings stand on the south side of 105 Avenue, formally also known as Columbia Avenue, in Wîhkwêntôwin, the central Edmonton neighbourhood that begins directly south of that avenue and faces Queen Mary Park across it.

Village on 105th stands at 113 Street and 105 Avenue, immediately west of Park Ave. Unity Square begins a block west and a block south, its east half running from 11410 to 11590 along 104 Avenue, with 98,468 square feet of retail across 29 stores and services. Mackenzie and Mann Park, about 0.4 hectares, sits on 113 Street between 104 and 105 Avenue, at 10431 113 Street NW. MacEwan University's campus reaches its western end at 112 Street.

Two Valley Line West stops are under construction on 104 Avenue nearby, MacEwan Arts/112 Street about a block east and a block south, and Wîhkwêntôwin/116 Street about two to three blocks west. Construction is anticipated to be complete in 2028, followed by testing and commissioning.
Unity Square, at 104 Avenue and 116 Street, holds 29 stores and services over 98,468 square feet, anchored by a 50,269 square foot supermarket and a 34,867 square foot drugstore.
Mackenzie and Mann Park is named for Sir William Mackenzie and Sir Donald Mann, who founded the Canadian Northern Railway in 1899.
The Brewery District, at 10405 120 Street on the former Molson Brewery site, is about six to seven blocks west and one south. Brewing ended there in 2007 after 94 years, and the 1913 brewery building at 10449 121 Street is a designated Municipal Historic Resource.
Wîhkwêntôwin is Cree for circle of friends. City Council approved the neighbourhood's new name in February 2024 and it took effect on 1 January 2025.
