Modern Rental Apartments in the Heart of Edmonton
01 Overview

Availability, floorplans and applications for G4 are handled at g4.westrichrentals.com.
G4 is our brand-new six-storey rental community at 10015 113 Street in the heart of Edmonton: 93 thoughtfully designed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, steps from the iconic River Valley trail system and minutes from everything that keeps this city interesting.
We sweat the details inside these suites. 9-foot ceilings and oversized windows. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, energy-efficient appliances, in-suite laundry, central air conditioning, and hotel-inspired bathroom finishes. Every home opens onto a private balcony with downtown or skyline views. The building carries its weight too: secure keyless entry, high-speed elevators, 24/7 smart parcel lockers, underground parking, storage, and bicycle storage.
From the front door you can walk to downtown Edmonton, Jasper Avenue's restaurants and shopping, and the major transit routes connecting the University of Alberta, MacEwan University, and NAIT. And the River Valley, Canada's longest urban park, with 160 km of trails, starts across the street.
