01 Overview

Availability, floorplans and applications for Encore Rentals are handled at luxuryrentalsyeg.com.
Encore Rentals is the leasing side of Encore Tower, our 43-storey concrete-and-steel highrise at 103 Street and 102 Avenue in downtown Edmonton's ICE District. A select inventory of investor-owned suites is offered as fully finished long-term rentals through our luxuryrentalsyeg.com platform.
These are homes we enjoy showing off. Flat-panel kitchens with quartz islands and stainless appliances. Glass-tiled ensuite showers and soaker tubs. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, and oversized balconies plumbed with natural-gas BBQ connections. Corner homes take in two- and three-directional views over the Financial Core, the River Valley, the 104 Street corridor, and the Walterdale Bridge.
Residents share Encore's full amenity package: a three-storey glass lobby with concierge, 24-hour security, a fitness centre, and a fourth-floor indoor lounge with outdoor patio, plus a heated underground parkade. Pedways link straight to City Centre Mall, Rogers Place, MacEwan University, and the downtown LRT stations. Come up and see one. The views handle the rest.
05 Location
Downtown Edmonton is the city's central neighbourhood, running from 109 Street east to 97 Street and from 105 Avenue south to the North Saskatchewan River valley, and the City's 2025 business census identifies it as Edmonton's main hub for finance, corporate headquarters and specialized services.
Encore's tower stands at 103 Street and 102 Avenue, on the eastern edge of the Warehouse District, which runs west from 103 Street to 109 Street between Jasper Avenue and 104 Avenue. One block west is 104 Street, the district's historic spine, where the Downtown Farmers Market sets up outdoors on Saturdays from May to October. Two blocks west, at 105 Street and 102 Avenue, the Valley Line's Alex Decoteau stop is still under construction.
