Lilac Park is a six-storey, 206-suite rental building we have under development at 10154 108 Street NW in downtown Edmonton, just south of Jasper Avenue and a block from the newly opened O'day-min (Warehouse) Park. The project received its development permit in 2025 and is targeting a Summer 2026 completion.

We worked with J+S Architect on a building that meets its street properly. It reaches roughly 20 metres at its highest point, and the ground-floor units along 108 Street get direct exterior entrances and patios, real front doors that activate the streetwall in keeping with the City of Edmonton's downtown infill goals. Small decisions like that are how a block becomes a neighbourhood.

The location sits inside the 108 Street corridor connecting MacEwan University, the Government Centre LRT, the Brewery District, and the Ice District. Pre-registration is open at lilacpark.ca for priority suite selection ahead of the leasing launch. Get your name in early; the good suites go first.

Downtown

Central Edmonton, where the Downtown neighbourhood meets Wîhkwêntôwin, the neighbourhood immediately west that City Council renamed from Oliver in February 2024, effective January 1, 2025.

Lilac Park stands on 108 Street just north of Jasper Avenue, in Edmonton's Downtown neighbourhood. Wîhkwêntôwin begins west of here; Council's own report puts its eastern edge at 110 and 111 Street. Corona LRT station runs underground beneath Jasper Avenue between 107 and 108 Street. A Save-On-Foods sits one street-block west on 109 Street. Jasper Avenue from 109 Street to 114 Street was rebuilt in 2021, and Valley Line West has permanently narrowed 102 Avenue east of 107 Street.

Corona LRT station (Capital and Metro lines) is underground beneath Jasper Avenue between 107 Street and 108 Street.
The Save-On-Foods at 10180 109 Street NW is one street-block west, open 7am to 10pm daily, with a pharmacy weekdays 9am to 8pm.
Imagine Jasper Avenue Phase 1 rebuilt Jasper Avenue from 109 Street to 114 Street, completed in 2021, with wider sidewalks, new lighting and improved crossings.
On 102 Avenue, one block north, the stretch from 107 Street east to 102 Street is now permanently one lane, eastbound only, after Valley Line West work.
This address is in the Downtown neighbourhood. Council report EXT02205 sets Wîhkwêntôwin's eastern boundary at 110 Street and 111 Street.
