01 Overview

Luxury Investment Condos in Downtown Edmonton

Encore Tower is our flagship for-sale building: 43 storeys of concrete and steel at 10180 103 Street, in the heart of the ICE District at 103 Street and 102 Avenue. Construction is complete and all 179 homes are sold.

We glazed the whole exterior, and it shows. Floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings, and unobstructed views over the Financial Core, the River Valley, and the 104 Street historic corridor. Every suite comes with quartz countertops, fully tiled ensuites with Kohler fixtures, premium appliance packages, and a natural-gas hookup on the private balcony. That is our standard spec, not an upgrade sheet.

Downstairs, a three-storey glass lobby with full-time concierge and 24-hour security. Upstairs, a fitness centre and a fourth-floor amenity deck with indoor lounge, outdoor kitchen, and hot tub. Pedway connections and LRT access put Rogers Place, the Royal Alberta Museum, MacEwan University, and the river valley trails minutes from the front door.

Downtown

Downtown Edmonton is the city's central neighbourhood, running from 109 Street east to 97 Street and from 105 Avenue south to the North Saskatchewan River valley, and the City's 2025 business census identifies it as Edmonton's main hub for finance, corporate headquarters and specialized services.

Encore Tower stands at the corner of 103 Street and 102 Avenue, on the alignment of the Valley Line West LRT. That line is under construction, and 102 Avenue is closed to vehicles between 102 and 107 Street for the whole 2026 construction season, with pedestrian detours in place. The Valley Line's 102 Street stop, the line's current western terminus, is one block east. Rogers Place is two blocks north, at 10220 104 Avenue NW.

  • The Valley Line's 102 Street stop, one block east on the north side of 102 Avenue between 101 and 102 Streets, opened November 4, 2023 and is the line's current western terminus.
  • Bay/Enterprise Square LRT station is underground beneath Jasper Avenue between 103 and 104 Street, and is served by both the Capital Line and the Metro Line.
  • Rogers Place, at 10220 104 Avenue NW, is two blocks north. It opened September 8, 2016 and is owned by the City of Edmonton.
  • Loblaws City Market ICE District, about one block north at 10308 103 Street NW on the second floor of the Connect Centre, opened November 9, 2022.
  • The Don Wheaton Family YMCA at 10211 102 Avenue NW has aquatics, a fitness centre, an indoor track and a gymnasium, open 5:30 AM to 9 PM weekdays and 7 AM to 9 PM Saturday and Sunday.
