Bridgeland will bring 140 purpose-built rental homes to one of Calgary's most walkable inner-city neighbourhoods. The six-storey low-rise sits on a 149,000-square-foot site at 628 1 Avenue NE, immediately east of the Bow River and the downtown core.

We like a good main street, and 1 Avenue is one of the best. The Bridgeland-Riverside community is anchored by its shops and restaurants, the Bridgeland-Memorial CTrain station is a short walk away, and the Bow River pathway, Memorial Drive, and the Calgary Zoo connect directly. Independent restaurants and cafés are steps out the door, with the East Village just across the river.

Expect modern suite layouts, in-suite finishes consistent with our other Western-Canadian rentals, and a ground floor that pulls its weight on Bridgeland's mixed-use main street. Bridgeland-Riverside

Bridgeland-Riverside is an inner-city Calgary community on the north bank of the Bow River, one CTrain stop northeast of downtown.

628 1 Avenue NE stands on the street a 1911 streetcar line turned into the community's retail strip. Of the 151 businesses licensed in Bridgeland-Riverside, 58 are on this avenue and 66 are licensed food-service premises. The City is in the final season of its Main Street rebuild, with work on the north side between 4 and 6A Street NE estimated to finish by the end of summer 2026. Riverside School sits just off the avenue on 6A Street NE.

1 Avenue NE, the street the building fronts, carries 58 of the 151 businesses licensed in Bridgeland-Riverside.
Bridgeland/Memorial CTrain station, at 1010 Memorial Drive NE, is a 7 to 12 minute walk from the 1 Avenue NE strip, and longer from this end than from the east end at 11 Street NE.
Riverside School, a K-9 Calgary Board of Education school at 107 6A Street NE, runs the board's largest Alternative Science Program and admits by annual lottery.
Shoppers Drug Mart at 906 1 Avenue NE and Bridgeland Market at 1104 1 Avenue NE are the pharmacy and grocery anchors on the avenue.
Phase 2 of the City's Main Street rebuild is under construction on 1 Avenue NE between 4 and 6A Street NE, estimated to finish by the end of summer 2026.
